Scott Foster is an expert on global gas and power markets, including market fundamentals and structural, regulation, and ownership. Mr. Foster is responsible for Nomad’s strategic scenario planning methodology. He is also an authority on the IPP business, international power markets and strategies, comparative energy costs, regulatory change, and project finance. Before founding Nomad Energy Consulting, Mr. Foster was Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs with AES, senior director of global power with CERA, senior expert on the global power industry with the IEA, and senior engineer in the corporate planning and hydroelectric divisions of PG&E Corporation. Mr. Foster holds a BA from Dartmouth College, an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
Elodie Hueber is responsible for the day to day operations of Nomad Energy Consulting, including management and oversight of the marketing and sales activities of the group. Ms. Hueber has extensive experience in international sales and business development. Most recently she was responsible for European sales and marketing with SCRL, the leading European credit and business information reporting service company. Previously Ms. Hueber managed sales and marketing for the US firm Computer Peripherals and export services for Advanced Connexion Technology. Ms. Hueber has advanced business law training from American University in Paris and has international business degrees from the Universities of Nancy and Tours.
