Job Description
ACCOUNTING TECH II
Perform complex data entry & related operations in establishing pricing and entering sales numbers into complex spreadsheets. Process A/R pymts, maintain appropriate ledgers, resolve acct problems & credit balances, refunds, adjustments, and other customer requests and acct actions. Coordinate & control monthly receivables activity, ensure collection, billing & reporting activities occur by deadlines. Manage and maintain a computerized A/R system, dept records, reports, & filing systems.
