Job Description

Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of 4 years administrative support experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office usage (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is also required. Other essential skills include strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage ones time, set priorities, solve problems, and multi-task. Excellent planning and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and to work effectively under tight deadlines are also required.

Responsibilities:
This position provides administrative support to the Denver Midstream Engineering Department. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to general office tasks including mail distribution, word processing, copying and faxing, answering phones, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and completing basic spreadsheet input.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Grade and salary will be commensurate with relevant education and experience.

Relocation:
This position is not eligible for relocation.
