Primary Purpose of the Job:
Manage & control Food & Beverage production operations during the shift / services schedule assigned, as per duty roster planned. To ensure that all chefs des parties are familiar with the day's requirements, necessary stocks are on hand at the right quality and quantity and fair discipline is maintained. Hygiene regulations are being strictly adhered to and all maintenance problems are timorously reported and followed up.
Education:
3 years diploma in Catering /Chef from a recognized Catering College or Institute.
Experience & Skills:
* Minimum five years experience as a Senior Chef or on a similar position in a reputed Hotel or any organization in the Hospitality industry.
* Experienced in International cuisines and specializing in at least two of the cuisines.
