Primary Purpose of the Job:

Develops and oversees implementation of Finance & Accounts and Procurement policies of ASES; advises MD in relation with policy definition and implementation in operating companies in the context of ASES’ / QP interests; assesses investment proposals for financial risks and guides economic analyses, corporate planning, budgeting and management reporting between the operating companies and ASES.

Education:

Professional Certification from reputed institutes such as CA, CPA, CIMA, CMA and a degree in Accounting or Financial Management

Experience & Skills:

* At least 15 years of experience in finance & accounts
* Expert knowledge of Accounting Standards- Ability to develop and deploy Accounting policies in line with IFRS standards
* Expert knowledge of Financial Management- Ability to estimate cash flow requirements and manage investments of surplus capital
* Expert knowledge of Financial Risk Management- Ability to design and deploy risk management practices and assess investment proposals for financial risks
* Advanced expertise in Management Accounting- Advanced expertise of Management Accounting principles, tools and techniques
* Advanced expertise in General Management- Ability to design and deploy Finance & Procurement policies in line with best-in-class practices
* Analytical Skills- Ability to assess investment proposals for financial risks
* Ability to assess policy deployment in operating companies
* Decision Making Skills- Ability to select amongst alternative solutions to define organizational policies and policy deployment initiatives
* Negotiation Skills- Ability to negotiate with financial institutions over product offerings and financing deals
* People Management- Ability to manage the performance & development of employees
* Cross-cultural Sensitivity- Ability to develop effective working relationships with professionals of different nationalities and manage a multicultural workforce
