E&P Applications Support Analyst

As part of our EpiCentre team you will play a key role in providing support to our E&P technical applications portfolio. The importance of accurate, concise and responsive support is key to the organisations ability to manage a wide range of assets including our existing developments and international exploration activities.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader you will to maintain a stable technical environment, provide proactive frontline support to users within a service desk based environment and work within the change management process for installations, upgrades and general interface issues.

You will have experience working with Oracle, Linux and Microsoft software ideally within an E&P company focusing on technical applications using your awareness of geoscience or engineering concepts to add value to your client base. If you hold a tertiary qualification in computing, engineering or geoscience, this will be favourably considered. In addition you will be a proven team player with excellent communication skills.
