HR Officer – Saudization jobs at Sinopec International Petroleum Service Corporation
The Role
1. Help HR manager to recruit Saudi employees as per the requirement from Sinopec Service Saudi Arabia Head Office and the project which under the name of it. The work includes but not limited to prepare contract, submit the information to GOSI and labor office and prepare the insurance for the Saudi employee.
2. Help HR manager to solve the problem between the Saudi employees and Sinopec Service Saudi Arabia.
3. Visit the work site of the Saudi employees regularly to survey the living and work condition of the Saudi employee, to learn the requirement of the Saudi employee on site. Try to avoid any kinds of trouble happen between the Saudi employee and Sinopec Service Saudi Arabia.
4. Submit the GOSI forms to the hospital whenever there is the work injury or accident happened in a Saudi employee who under the name of Sinopec Service, and apply for the compensation from the GOSI office.
5. Help HR manager and the Sinopec Training center to prepare the training program of the Saudi employee.
6. Contact with the Saudi HR Fund or the other organization to enrich the resource of the alternative Saudi employee as the requirement from Sinopec Service Saudi Arabia Head Office and the project which under the name of Sinopec Service Saudi Arabia.
7. Help HR manager to prepare the Arabic document.
8. Help HR manager to communicate with the Saudi Government and solve the problem between the Sinopec Service and the Saudi Government.
9. Help HR manager to finish the other specified work.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in above HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
- Should be willing to visit project sites within the kingdom.
- Should have influencing personality
