SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Requirements:
Education is Degree in Industrial Engineering, management or related fields from reputable university.
Experience in Inventory Management of finished goods and raw material.
7-10 years experience in Supply Chain.
Understand SAP (PP and MM).
Good communication in English both verbal and written.
Having positive attitude, able to work under pressure, high achievement orientation and demonstrate a leadership skill.
HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)
Requirements:
Education is Degree in Psychology, Law, Management or related fields from reputable university.
Experience in Industrial Relation.
Strong leadership and having experience in managing HR matters In international company.
Strong interpersonal and influence to peoples.
Good communication in English both verbal and written.
Having positive attitude, able to work in details and under pressure.
General Requirements:
The candidate must have good command in English, and knowledge in French is added advantage.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal and analytical skill with ability to work as part of team, fast learning and have positive attitude.
Willing to stay in Batam.
