Description
· Conduct daily outbound calls to key Wholesale Unbranded Customers to maximize volume/sales
· Take fuel orders and enter them into current order entry system (Telepoint) for dispatch. Inside Sales Team will utilize the Credit Watch List and other tools as designated to resolve payment, order entry and delivery issues
· Provide daily pricing, instant hot shot pricing and promote same day deals to increase sales volume
· Assist with daily customer inquiries regarding pricing, billing, EFT, deliveries, and credit application status concerns
· Wholesale Customer Resolution Point- open and close all incoming incidents within 5 business days (work with other departments to gather data)
· Credit Application Support – assist Sales Account Mangers in gathering and submitting completed credit applications to Credit Department
· Conduct daily Gross Profit research and volume review to track territory GP/Volume performance
· Analyze monthly volume and GP progress based on individual and team budgets/goal
· Communication of all issues concerning customers to the appropriate Account Manager, including missed orders, GP losses/discrepancies, pricing issues, delivery issues and changes in ordering patterns. Some research and analytical work will be required
· Record and track all lost loads, carrier capacity information on appropriate logs daily
· Participate in monthly and quarterly wholesale sales meetings and discussions
· Lead Generations- set appointments and solicit new accounts from lead generations through TCEQ Database, Telemarketing, customers and/or Sales Account Managers
· Update Customer or Prospect Account Information in Telemarketing Pricing System
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required

Four (4) year - Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience

Customer Service Oriented

Must have good working knowledge/skill of Microsoft software programs to include Word/
Excel/PowerPoint
