A new opportunity has arisen for an Interim Finance Manager to join the Houston office.
Due to the small office environment, this is very much a hands on role that will look after the management accounting, reporting to head office, supervision of 2 accounting staff, analytics on well costs and revenues, DD&A calculations, ARO calculations and budgeting & forecasting.
The position is anticipated to be for a period of approximately 12-18 months.
Skills
Experience required for the role: Minimum of 3 years E&P experience, specifically with a sound knowledge of Gulf of Mexico operations, CPA qualified or qualified by experience. Strong communication skills, experience of ORRI, MMS royalty reporting, divesture experience whilst not essential, would be preferred, ability to provide detailed analytical support to senior management.
You will ideally have had exposure to all facets of E&P finance that will enable you to have an immediate positive impact on the successful financial management of this office.
