Essential Job Duties:

Maintain safe work site.
* Communicate planning and prioritizing with FOS.
* Follow applicable operations “Best Practices”.
* Assist in site maintenance; provide start up/shutdown services for facility operations using Operation Procedures Manual.
* Ensure Housekeeping compliance on assigned site.
* Document shift results and information on KPI shift plan. Develop plan for next shift. Review with FOS.
* Complete necessary reporting in LOWIS and eVIN.
* Generate work request as needed. Follow up with request to ensure proper completion.
* Work within Roles and Responsibilities when performing Production, Facilities, Utility and Night Shifts.
* Ensure high standards of performance regarding housekeeping, safety leadership, operations work planning, technical skills, and maintenance work inspections.
* Review maintenance reports and communicate location maintenance status and issues to FOS and incoming crew.
* Work as directed by FOS.
Required Qualifications:
* Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
* Good communication skills.
* Good computer skills. MS office software and automation/control software experience preferred.
* General knowledge of automation systems and instrumentation control loops.
* Working knowledge of oilfield equipment operations, maintenance, and safe work practices.
* Basic analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot facilities, production equipment and problem wells.
* Must successfully complete a general aptitude and skill level assessment exam.
* 5 years of oilfield experience directly related to production facility operations is preferred.
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
