.Net Architect, .Net Technical Lead - .Net, Silverlight, WCF, Sharepoint, WITSML, Petroleum industry - Houston, TX

If you are a .Net Architect or Tech Lead with Oil & Gas Industry experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:
• Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent. A PhD degree is a plus.
• Mechanical engineering, oil/gas exploration, geophysical, or seismic industry experience is helpful.
• 3-7 years ASP.NET software development experience.
• 2 years experience as a software architect.
• Working knowledge of Silverlight, WCF is preferred.
• SharePoint experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of WITSML is helpful.
• Prior work with offshore development teams is helpful.

What you'll be doing:
• Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of client organizations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather solution requirements.
• Design, develop, code, test, and debug new software or significant enhancements to existing business-critical software.
• Partner effectively with offshore developers.
• Develop mutually supportive relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
• Effectively partner with clients to identify business needs.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
