Job Description

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is currently searching for an Analyst-Payment Systems, for our Store Support Center in NW Atlanta, GA. As an Analyst, you will be an integral member of a key financial growth area. As you become an expert in all aspects of card payments (credit, debit, gift, fleet, and co-brand) for RaceTrac and RaceWay stores, you will be responsible for projects such as: investigation, research, and analysis of fraudulent activity; safeguarding the payment systems data security and integrity; interfacing with vendors and processors, including maintaining relationships, resolving issues that arise, and negotiating contracts; and, being knowledgeable about industry rules and regulations to guide company compliance decisions. You will take on special process improvement projects, such as RaceTrac gift card ordering and fulfillment optimization.
Skills

•Provide research and analytical support to the Director of Payment Systems – financial analysis, analyzing data, identifying trends as well as monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects.
•Identify and participate in solving financial or operational problems by applying knowledge of credit card regulations, trends, and issues for positive impact to the organization.
•Mobilize and motivate groups of people from different backgrounds/departments to work collaboratively to solve problems.
•Clearly and concisely communicate findings in verbal and written formats.
•Provide superb guest relations service.

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, finance, engineering or related field.
•1-2 years of experience. Experience in project management or retail credit cards preferred.
•Excellent communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment; recognize and react to changing business needs and effectively prioritize.
•Ability to meet deadlines, identify issues and resolve with minimal direction.
•Microsoft Excel proficiency.
