(PB ESS) is looking for an experienced Reservoir Engineer who will be responsible for reservoir characterization, simulation and field development activities related to subsurface energy storage projects. PB ESS has established a sterling reputation as an industry leader in subsurface systems and technologies for salt caverns and hard rock storage caverns; aquifer and reservoir storage; subsurface disposal; drilling management; well services; surface facilities engineering and construction and contract facilities operations and maintenance. Requirements:
Qualifications include experience in the following areas:
- B.S. in Petroleum Engineering or other related disciplines
-10 years or more of industry experience in an E&P environment or gas storage midstream operations
-experience developing depleted oil/gas reservoirs and/or saline aquifers
-hands-on experience with modeling software for reservoir design and performance
-willingness to take a leadership role in building credentials in underground storage design
-willing to take on a challenging role in the reservoir engineering group
-knowledge and/or experience with EOR and CO2 handling
-knowledge and/or experience with CCS
-interest in interfacing with drilling engineers for design of optimum drilling program (vertical, deviated and horizontal wells)
