Postdoctoral Research Fellow - Remote Sensing of Wetlands jobs at James Cook University
The School of Earth and Environmental Sciences has a high-research profile in hydrological sciences and seeks to appoint a post-doctoral researcher in remote sensing of floodplains to strengthen the University's role as a key player in hydrological sciences in Australia and internationally. Applicants musts have with expertise in relevant remote sensing techniques (radar, optical and thermal and altimetry), spatial hydrology and hydrogeology and/or hydrological modelling.
Employment Type: Appointment will be full-time for a fixed-term of 18 months subject to a probationary period.
Salary: Academic Level A - $65,668 - $70,271 per annum. Commencing salary will be in accordance with qualifications and experience.
