JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities and Duties Develops special Quality Assurance and Quality Controls procedures Performs inspection and test witness test as required. Prepare reports and quality records in compliance to procedures. Committed to project safety, health, environmental, Security and Socioeconomic requirements and to Quality Control. Performs system verification on completed systems to assure correct installation per design specifications. Controls measuring and testing equipment as required insuring accuracy. Observes and follows safety rules and procedures including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Requirements as per ARAMCO Inspector shall be High School graduate, or equivalent; shall be able to read, write and speak English Language; shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications; and shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervisions. Personnel employed shall meet, as a minimum 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years of experience in oil, gas and petrochemicals projects. Inspector shall be certified as an American Welding Society CWI, CSWIP 3.1 Certified welding Inspector or Saudi Aramco approved equivalent. Inspector shall have a demonstrate background and through knowledge of codes such as ANSI B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 620 and 650,AWS D.1.1 required for the execution of the WORK. Where Nondestructive Testing (NDT) forms part of the work, and Inspector is required to review or ensure NDT programs andresults, he shall have been in previously qualified and certified to a minimum ASNT Level II in the relevant methods. When performing, reviewing or ensuring Nondestructive Testing in VT, MT, PT, RT or UT, he shall be certified in the specific methods. When performing, reviewing or ensuring Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation (RTFI), inspector shall be certified in RTFI
