Job Description

Manpower Planning
-Receive and review on a monthly basis the Manpower Forecast reports and identify future manpower requirements
-Coordinate with department managers/PMs to ensure Employment Requisition forms are submitted for high technical positions and identify minimum job requirements such as job title, main duties, reporting line, salary package, nationality and age preference etc.
-Match requirement with annual Manpower Planning reports and verify if within budget else ensure justification is provided

Job Classification
-Conduct Job Analysis and review existing JDs to understand the role of the vacant position prior posting.
-Draft or revise JD in line with the current job requirement.

Sourcing & Screening
-Identify the best recruitment source
-Maintain knowledge of an agreed group of providers so that when requirements arise, we know who to ask to provide candidates
-Draft vacancy ad and post in company website, newspaper, local and international recruitment agencies, internal bulletin etc.
-Manage relationships with external recruitment providers
-Serve as single point of contact with recruitment providers and field speculative enquiries
-Screen CVs and shortlist best candidates for further technical interview

Interviewing
-Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates and brief them on principal accountabilities of the position in offer
-Coordinate interviews and communicate decisions to providers
- Carry out all procedures required to formalize an employment offer and liaise with the candidates and the departments to finalize an offer letter
-Ensure all joining formalities are in order to process for work permits

Induction & orientation
-Introduce all newly joining employees to Company rules, regulations and policies
-Update welcome/start-up pack and employee handbook as needed
-Ensure sign off of joining documents are obtained from all new staff

Database & Reports
-Maintain a proper CVs database
-Develop and run monthly Recruitment reports

Labour and other local laws
-Keep abreast of any proposed change to legislation affecting employment or administration of employees (excluding health and safety)

Other
-May handle such other administrative tasks as are within his/her competence and assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.

Education

HR Certrification/ HR Management degree
