Job Description

Job Description

1. Well completion design of various injection wells, production wells and observation wells for EOR processes, like CO2 EOR, Chemical EOR, WAG, Thermal EOR etc.
2. Material selection, detailed specification preparation, detailed design of well completion hardware and equipments selection based on well life cycle.
3. Performing / supervising various studies &modeling related to various EOR techniques from petroleum engineering aspects.
4. To perform various petroleum engineering related activities including job planning (Regular, Short term & Long term), Drilling, Well completions, Workovers (Rig & Rigless), Artificial lift and Production Management.
5. Preparing Production forecast, Economic analysis and Well Testing – such as log evaluations and interpretation, pressure transient analysis, tracers, coring, etc
6. Liaising with geoscientists, production and reservoir engineers, and commercial managers for design, selection and modeling of various EOR techniques.
7. Analyze PLT’s, Corrosion logs, cement evaluation logs and other cased hole logs.
8. Conduction well surveillance, well reviews, monitoring and well performance analysis by using Nodal analysis software like, Wellflow, Prosper / Gap, REO, Olga etc.
9. Monitoring / supervising well site drilling, well completion and workover operations.
10. Design acid stimulation, hydraulic fracturing, Sand Control completions in horizontal and vertical wells etc.

1. Minimum BS in Petroleum Engineering. The MS degree in Petroleum Engineering will be preferred.
2. 15+ years active industry experience in Petroleum Engineering related to various EOR techniques.
3. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
The candidate shall have at least 15 years experience in Petroleum Engineering related to various EOR techniques including
1. Well completion design of various injection wells, production wells and observation wells for EOR processes, like CO2 EOR, Chemical EOR, WAG, Thermal EOR etc.
2. Experience in material selection, detailed specification preparation, detailed design of well completion hardware and equipments selection etc.
3. Experience in flow assurance and well bore management for various EOR techniques.
4. Experience in conducting the studies and modeling related to petroleum engineering like Nodal Analysis (Wellflow / Prosper), Network modeling (REO / GAP) for various EOR techniques.
5. Experience in Drilling, Well Completion, Workovers (Rig & Rigless), Artificial Lift, Acid stimulation, Sand Control completion, Production management and Preparing the production forecast.
6. Experience in analyzing the Production log (PLT) and various cased hole logs like Corrosion log, Cement Bond evaluation logs etc.
