Account Manager Logistics permanent based Midlands, home working considered

Due to a recent strategic reorganisation an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager Logistics specialising in petroleum markets to join one of Europe's largest operators. You will be responsible for customer relationships to maximise profitability through your understanding of the UK petroleum markets from either road or rail freight perspective. You will need to communicate effectively with all internal partners, ensure that all contracts and pricing structures are conducted to company policy and within legislated requirements. You will also need to be able to develop new lines of business through the development of Intermodal logistics solutions.

Three years plus management/sales experience of a similar role in UK petroleum logistics desired although similar commodities will be considered with a demonstrable success record.

Strong communication and negotiation skills written and verbal.
