To strengthen our team in the area of Semiconductor Packaging we are looking for a committed Specialist in IC and MEMS Packaging.
Your responsibilities:
You will act as an interface between the BOSCH semiconductor plant in Reutlingen/Germany and the assembly and test plant of our supplier in Batam/Indonesia
Support of daily communication between BOSCH/Reutlingen and the supplier at both engineering and management levels
Handling of quality, engineering, performance and delivery issues
Your profile:
Degree (Bachelor/ Master) in Physics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience in assembly technology and production
Profound knowledge of English
High self-assertion
Good communication skill
