Job Description

Responsible for providing support to the General Manager and the overall Risk Management group. Performs routine and repetitive tasks independently and according to established procedures and practices. Performs more complex assignments with limited supervision. Duties include general administrative support including development of presentations to Sr. Management, management of certified mail process for various tax returns, preparing reports on spreadsheet applications from various data bases and sources, assimilation of overall budgets and variance analysis monthly, maintaining attendance and vacation records, arranging meetings, coordinating departmental functions, answering and responding to phone calls and inquiries, distributing departmental mail,reports, faxes, ordering office supplies, maintaining and updating filing systems for entirety of Risk Management and Tax. Provides support to the functional areas of Risk Management, Insurance, Customs, Credit, and Tax.
Minimum Qualifications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP preferred

Education, Degree preferred but not required; high school absolute minimum.

Experience, Minimum of 3 years as Administrative Assistant or equivalent with respect to duties.
