Marathon Petroleum Company LP has an opening for a Terminal Operator at our petroleum products distribution facilities in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This is a Regular, Full-time position.

Duties include all operating aspects of the terminals such as inventory control; receipt of products via ship; maintenance of terminal equipment; preparation of various terminal reports; and general maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.

The individual filling this position must be dependable and able to work after normal business hours and on weekends as needed for call-outs and ship receipts. Qualified candidates must have a mechanical aptitude and PC skills along with excellent math ability, communication skills, and organizational skills. Qualified candidates must also be motivated self-starters, able to work independently, and possess an excellent work record with references.

The starting pay rate is $20.80/hour. A competitive benefits package is included.
