Responsibilities:
* Logs all contract change orders and maintains status. Develops and provides contract change reports
* Schedules service provider performance review meetings with client HR and service provider executives
* Schedules regular department meetings and Steering Committee meetings, as required
* Provides document control for all changes to the service provider contract and addendums
* Reviews all service provider invoices for accuracy and compliance with the contract
* Works with Finance to ensure all purchase orders and invoices related to the service provider are handled effectively and in a timely manner
* Assists the service provider to solve invoicing and billing problems
* Develops and provides service provider spend reports and analyses
* Provides general administrative support to Vendor Relationship Executive and Business Analyst
* Coordinate department-wide functions and activities including meeting coordination, documenting staff and manager meetings, maintaining master activity calendar
* Prepare elementary statistical analysis to support evaluation projects and management proposals
* Support for such projects may include gathering and organizing data, preparing presentations, and vendor coordination
* Provide administrative support (create exp. reports, travel arrangements, mail distribution)
* Handle multiple simultaneous requests for support for all managers
* Coordinate conference calls (including international locations)
* Maintain centralized filing and archiving systems to facilitate group access.
Qualifications
* Broad understanding of HR functions that are outsourced
* In depth knowledge of Client purchase order and accounts payable processes
* Excellent skills in using desktop applications including spreadsheets
* Ability to design logical and efficient report formats
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self starter- able to work with minimal direction
* Effective interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent follow-up skills
* Strong administrative support
